Homelessness Connect Day in Support of our Unhoused Neighbors

Volunteers sorting donated shoes and socks.

Volunteer Collective and Councilmember Mike Bonin joined forces on April 20th to help serve our unhoused neighbors in West LA.

Volunteers stepped up to ensure that the numerous Homeless and Housing Services that are being provided for free to the community were easily accessible for the clients across the area.

From handing out food and clothing, checking people in, to managing and providing employment and health services, Volunteers were paramount in creating a smooth day of education and support.

Campaigns like this are always in need volunteers like YOU to help make them possible. Keep an eye out for future opportunities just like this, and feel free to bring your friends as well; no one who wants to volunteer will be turned away!
